FRANKFURT

We call FRANKFURT a trapezoidal format with specific measurements, with which we manufacture a wide range of products, obtaining quickly interchangeable tools. Currently the vast majority of machinery for the processing of ornamental stones already uses this type of FRANKFURT fastening, due to its great versatility.

 With this large family of products we can achieve a wide variety of finishes ranging from a calibrated or polished, to a mirror polished, through new textures very popular in the last decade such as aged, bush-hammered, honed, sandblasted and very smooth textured.

RADIALS

Recently introduced, RADIALS replace the old polishing plates that required huge abrasive discs for the processing of terrazzo. These RADIALS are smaller segments or portions than the old discs, which have been provided with a quick release coupling, which benefits the tool change by a single operator in record time. ABR Surface Technologies produces RADIALS in different sizes to suit all types of machinery and chuck/holder diameters. We also manufacture Duraluminium fixtures to upgrade existing machinery with old fixtures.

200-900MM

ABR Surface Technologies manufactures products in large diameters, ranging from 200mm to 900mm, for the treatment of hard surfaces, where we apply numerous technologies.
